Student & Participant Code of Conduct
Preamble and Purpose
Antierly Schools and Beyond Private Limited (“the Company,” “ASB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is dedicated to maintaining an environment of academic excellence, professional integrity, and mutual respect. This Student and Participant Code of Conduct (“the Code”) outlines the standards of behavior expected from all individuals enrolled in our programs, using our platforms, or engaging with our recruitment services (collectively referred to as “Participants”).
The purpose of this Code is to protect the integrity of the ASB ecosystem, ensure a safe learning environment, and uphold the professional reputation of our business verticals, including Uniassure, ASB Academy, Early Foundation, Upverge, Lyrnit, and Partnerverse.
Applicability
This Code applies to all Participants regardless of the mode of engagement (in-person, online, or hybrid). It governs conduct during academic sessions, professional interviews, digital platform interactions, and any external activities where the Participant represents the Company or its affiliates.
Academic and Professional Integrity
ASB maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding dishonesty. Participants are expected to:
- Originality of Work: Submit only original work for assessments and capability reviews. Plagiarism, the unauthorized use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, or the submission of work authored by others is strictly prohibited.
- Honesty in Documentation: Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications, resumes, transcripts, and financial documents submitted to Uniassure or Partnerverse. Any misrepresentation of qualifications is grounds for immediate expulsion.
- Examination Conduct: Abide by all specific rules governing examinations, assessments, and readiness interviews. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage or assist others in doing so is a violation of this Code.
Behavioral Expectations and Professionalism
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the professional standards of the Company:
- Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all staff, instructors, fellow learners, and recruitment partners with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation is strictly forbidden.
- Professionalism in Placement: When engaging with Partnerverse, Participants must attend interviews punctually, communicate professionally with prospective employers, and honor all commitments made during the recruitment lifecycle.
- Online Etiquette (Netiquette): When using Upverge, Lyrnit, or other digital portals, Participants must refrain from using offensive language, sharing inappropriate content, or disrupting virtual classrooms.
Usage of ASB Resources and Intellectual Property
Participants are granted access to proprietary frameworks, curriculum materials, and software.
- Non-Disclosure: Participants shall not record, download, reproduce, or distribute ASB’s proprietary Content and Study Materials to third parties without express written consent.
- IT Security: Any attempt to circumvent security protocols, hack platform infrastructure, or use ASB’s digital resources for unauthorized purposes (such as data mining or spamming) will result in legal action.
- Property Respect: For domestic training at ASB Academy, Participants must respect the physical property and infrastructure of the Company.
Compliance with Local and International Laws
As many ASB programs may involve international transitions, Participants must:
- Comply with the laws and regulations of their home country and their destination country.
- Maintain the integrity of the visa and immigration process by providing only verified data.
- Refrain from any illegal conduct that could bring disrepute to the Company or its institutional partners.
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Physical or verbal assault against any member of the ASB community.
- Theft or damage to Company property or the property of fellow Participants.
- Unauthorized use of the Company’s name, logo, or branding.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on Company premises or during official online sessions.
Disciplinary Process and Sanctions
The Company reserves the unilateral right to investigate any reported breach of this Code. The disciplinary process may involve:
- Formal Warning: A written notice documenting the breach.
- Probation: A period of heightened monitoring with specific conditions.
- Suspension: Temporary removal from the platform, classroom, or recruitment database without a refund.
- Expulsion/Termination: Permanent removal from the ASB ecosystem and notification of the breach to partner universities, employers, or regulatory bodies where applicable.
